Request reason:

I want to change my username to "Peifa". I took the existing username (Hastiye Oryan) by mistake in the beginning of process when I was trying to make my account (I'm a beginner in Wikipedia). Meaning that I entered the draft title (Hastiye Oryan) instead of my username by mistake and could not change the username later on. I have no relation with the Hastiye Oryan. Please note that I do not receive any compensation for my contributions in accordance with the Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure requirement. I also do understand that the contents should be notable, verifiable ... from reliable sources and I will make sure I will meet the requirements in future.

But please note that I was writing about a non-profit educational organization. I was under impression than such organizations are an exception from Wikipedia's Notability Requirements according to the "Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies)". It says the scope of this guideline (Notability organizations and companies) covers all groups of people organized together for a purpose with the exception of non-profit educational institutions, religions or sects, and sports teams. But looks like that my understanding was not correct. Anyways I do not have any benefit or relation with that organization.

I intend to make contribution about publications, books, people, figures and non-profit organizations about Iran and Iranians's Communities specializing in culture, religion and education. I am also going to educate myself further about Wikipedia's requirements and policies.

I do not own Hastiye Oryan. I am a beginner in writing articles and Wikipedia in general. I was trying to start in Wikipedia and I took a wrong username in my account. I understood after the fact that account is my account and nothing about Hastiye Oryan. But could not change my username. I guess I need to change my username and a request need to be sent. I am searching to learn how to change my username.

The above request still suggest some pretty significant gaps in your understanding of notability guidelines.
