Fully half of the sourcing in this article had to be stripped as irrelevant; it was either invalid WP:CIRCULAR referencing to other Wikipedia articles, or references that verified the existence of things mentioned in this article but failed to verify the claim that Billington was associated with those things at all. After stripping all of those inappropriate references, what I'm left with is still mostly primary sources and blogs, with not enough evidence of reliable source coverage shown to get him over WP:AUTHOR or WP:GNG.
