  • If you post a message on this page, I'll reply on this page to avoid fragmenting the discussion.
  • If I've left you a message on your talk page, I will be watching it, so please reply there rather than here (but do feel free to drop a copy of {{Talkback}} here).
  • If appropriate, I will move discussion from here to the relevant article's talk page, so that anyone interested can join in.
  • If you want to start a new discussion thread, please start it at the bottom of the page. Better still, use the "new section" tab next to the "edit this page" tab, or the link at the foot of this section, either of which will do that automatically.
  • Please do not make links from within section headings.
  • Inaccessible HTML (coloured text, "small" tags, etc.) will be removed from this page on sight. Broken heading or list structures will be fixed.
  • Please sign and date your entries by inserting four tildes (~~~~) at the end.
  • Start a new discussion.

Danny Cohen (television executive)

[edit]

Hi Andy. I hope you are well. I noticed that you are listed at Wikipedia:WikiProject BBC/Members and thought that perhaps you would not mind taking a look at an edit request I posted for Danny Cohen, who previously was the Director of BBC Television, and is now the President of Access Entertainment. The request can be found at Talk:Danny Cohen (television executive)#Infobox, BBC Three, and Personal life. Thank you for your consideration. C at Access (talk) 15:10, 26 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Create English language page from German - request

[edit]

Hello, An English language page does not appear to exist for this short, German Wikipedia article on the late American jazz bassist Kelly Roberty. I am not really equipped to create such an article - are you interested/willing to create this, or to direct the request to someone who might care to take it on? Thank-you.

de:Kelly Roberty. MvT (talk) 16:54, 2 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@MVteacher: You'll find that most Wikipedia volunteers have a long list of things they are working on, and don't take requests. But you can always ask at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Jazz. Or just be bold, and make a start at Draft:Kelly Roberty! Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthwing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 17:44, 2 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
What I have found is that most Wikipedia volunteers tend to refuse all help requests. MvT (talk) 17:53, 2 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I've given you two helpful replies, one here and an earlier one at the Teahouse. But I'm not here - none of us are - to do the work for you. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 18:41, 2 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
