Speedy deletion

Please do not re-insert a speedy deletion request after it has been removed by another editor (other than the original author of the page), as you did on CustomerVision BizWiki. This particular article is not eligible for speedy deletion because it was the subject of a past deletion discussion which resulted in a consensus to Keep. You can nominate it again if you like, but don't try to shortcut the process by repeatedly requesting speedy deletion. Yes speedy candidate tags can be removed by others and shouldn't be restored. [citation needed] You could have nominated it for AFD or PROD, etc. However the article's talk page made it clear the article already survived an AFD (here). Please be mindful of CSD nomination procedures and correct usage of revert/undo. Cheers. Nja247 16:20, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
Oh wow, two messengers? Im flattered to say the least. I'll reply to each seperatly:

To Russ

  • "... it was the subject of a past deletion discussion which resulted in a consensus to Keep." - Fair enough, I wasnt aware of that.
  • "You can nominate it again if you like" - In light of the above I wont worry about it.
  • "but don't try to shortcut the process by repeatedly requesting speedy deletion." - Thats an assumption of badfaith and you will do well to remember it.
  • "This looks like admin-shopping." Your the first admin to review the CSD, count if you like, again an assumption of bad-faith (and a poor one at that).
  • PS: can you delete my edit notice while your here?

Thanks, Forgive me if sounded somewhat turse, Im a firm believer in the non-existent WP:PILEON policy and get iritated by multiple messages saying the same thing, one would think one is enough? (EG: see Nja247)   «l| Ψrometheăn ™|l»  (talk) 17:51, 21 April 2009 (UTC)

To Nja247

  • "and shouldn't be restored." - I never saw a policy that said that.

  • "and correct usage of revert/undo." Oh please, I wanted to re-add the template so the easiest way to do that was to revert the other persons edit. If the revert had resulted in multiple non-vandalism edits being undone, then you would have something to complain about ;). Please use common sense
  • You stole the last word from Russ!

They are correct in that any user except the creator can remove the CSD tags at which point they should not be re-inserted. –xeno talk 17:20, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
