Request reason:
I got a block because it thought I was using a VPN. This is my school account and we are all on the same Wi-Fi from multiple schools. I would like to continue editing Wikipedia because I believe making contributions to stub articles is a good purpose. RaduisCandy (talk) 12:07, 1 April 2024 (UTC)
Decline reason:
This account is not directly blocked. If you are unable to edit, please exactly follow the instructions which appear when you attempt to do so. You'll need to provide your IP address. Yamla (talk) 12:22, 1 April 2024 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 204.110.222.246. The reason a VPN was detected is because my school district uses an extension which monitors what requests we send, and it needs to be filtered through there. RaduisCandy (talk) 12:26, 1 April 2024 (UTC)
Decline reason:
As per below. Many schools use proxies for security or (as you note) to monitor students. You'll have to confine your editing to non school hours. 331dot (talk) 12:49, 1 April 2024 (UTC)

What you are describing is a proxy. You've demonstrated you have the ability to edit articles without using this proxy, so are presumably not eligible for WP:IPBE. --Yamla (talk) 12:31, 1 April 2024 (UTC)
