March 2023[edit]

Information icon Before adding a category to an article, please make sure that the subject of the article really belongs in the category that you specified according to Wikipedia's categorization guidelines. The category being added must already exist, and must be supported by the article's verifiable content. Categories may be removed if they are deemed incorrect for the subject matter. Thank you. soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 17:50, 30 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit of yours to the page It (2017 film) has an edit summary that appears to be inadequate, inaccurate, or inappropriate. The summaries are helpful to people browsing an article's history, so it is important that you use edit summaries that accurately tell other editors what you did. Feel free to use the sandbox to make test edits. Please assume good faith and don't call another editor "a pretentious fool". soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 17:55, 30 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Categories[edit]

Hi RedSorcery16, thanks for taking the time to improve Wikipedia. Please, take a moment to check out the guidelines on categories; I've noticed that some of your edits, as well-meant as they are, are not necessary. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Thanks, and happy editing. soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 18:01, 30 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Category:Shrek films. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 19:33, 30 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your every so slightly patronising message. FYI, every single one of my edits is important and I will defend them. I also do not need any help editing. RedSorcery16 (talk) 19:09, 30 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Please keep discussions located in one place. I've pointed you to an edit summary that wasn't particularly WP:CIVIL and your reply isn't either. Please don't randomly undo my revert, I've asked you kindly to check out the relevant guidelines. See WP:BRD, feel free to start a discussion or two on the relevant talk pages why you think those categories are needed. But again, you've been here less than a month. There's no deadline, no rush in improving articles. soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 19:38, 30 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop attacking other editors, as you did on Lord Voldemort. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. An edit summary like this is considered a personal attack. Do not use such language. soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 23:19, 30 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you make personal attacks on other people, as you did at User talk:GimliDotNet. Comment on content, not on fellow editors. soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 23:23, 30 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You are on very thin ice, RedSorcery16. The way you're talking to your fellow editors is highly problematic and disruptive. The way you were talking to me was already very uncivil and lacking any kind of good faith ("I suspect it is because you didn't like my last message much so have resorted to telling nasty fibs. I would recommending not crossing me in the future if you do not want any more trouble from me"), but the way you're talking to GimliDotNet is offensive ("read the HP wiki if you are somehow capable"). Maybe stay at the Harry Potter wiki, if you somehow think this is normal behaviour. This is your final warning. soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 23:31, 30 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I see. RedSorcery16 (talk) 02:08, 31 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

April 2023[edit]

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for persistently making disruptive edits.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Bbb23 (talk) 23:00, 11 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Block[edit]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Let me guess, it's cause I swore in an edit summary... well FYI it was false information maybe someone else with half a brain should have removed it beforehand, what an absolute joke (that someone was allowed to write it in the first place). RedSorcery16 (talk) 02:45, 12 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Not an unblock request. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆𝄐𝄇 03:38, 12 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

RedSorcery16 (talk) 02:45, 12 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I've told you before, you can't make personal attacks. You do not call your fellow editors a moron or even a dummy. I did not and do not want to see you blocked, but your lack of basic civility makes it hard to believe you are here to help Wikipedia become a better place. soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 12:43, 12 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Block[edit]

Ahh don't worry, you were all very foolish to let me have an account in the first place... RedSorcery16 (talk) 18:26, 12 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
