March 2013
Hello Revolution1221. Thanks for patrolling new pages – it's a very important task! I'm just letting you know however, regarding Nansen Field, that tagging articles for speedy deletion moments after creation as lacking context (CSD A1), content (CSD A3) and articles created through the Article Wizard, is too fast. It's best to wait at least 10–15 minutes for more content to be added if the page is very short, and the articles should not be marked as patrolled. Attack pages (G10), blatant nonsense (G1), copyright violations (G12) and pure vandalism/blatant hoaxes (G3) should of course be tagged and deleted immediately. Thanks. Happy editing! —Theopolisme (talk) 22:36, 4 March 2013 (UTC)

A beer for you!
Thanks for the help on the Joseph E. Uihlein page I created! Much appreciated! Jrbe (talk) 03:05, 12 March 2013 (UTC) |
I had to speedy the article as it was written in a clear promotional tone thus was unsalvageable, but per your request, I didn't protect it from recreation. If you believe it meets our guidelines in businesses, go ahead and create a new article with the proper reliable sourcing. Thanks Secret account 04:06, 12 March 2013 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for March 12
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Joseph E. Uihlein, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Port Washington (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi Revolution1221. Thank you for your work on patrolling new pages and tagging for speedy deletion. I'm just letting you know that I declined your deletion request for The Complex (band), a page that you tagged for speedy deletion, because the criterion you used or the reason you gave does not cover this kind of page. Please take a moment to look at the suggested tasks for patrollers and review the criteria for speedy deletion. Particularly, the section covering non-criteria. Such pages are best tagged with proposed deletion, proposed deletion for biographies of living persons, or sent to the appropriate deletion discussion. Please read WP:BAND (in this case, point 6) — Crisco 1492 (talk) 13:46, 17 March 2013 (UTC)
Having a little problem here!
Hi, thanks for your copyedit of the Glien Plateau page. I seem to be having trouble with inserting the image despite the fact I've copied the File:XXX.png address exactly over from de.wiki - any ideas what the problem might be? Thanks! :) Quityergreeting (talk) 19:07, 17 March 2013 (UTC)

Boston College
Any idea what's going on with these Boston College articles? It's getting out of hand. We may need to file an ANI? Mkdwtalk 23:53, 20 March 2013 (UTC)
Logan brincks
Why did you say that Logan brincks does not deserve G10? Uberaccount (talk) 02:08, 22 March 2013 (UTC)

Hockey stick controversy
You tagged the Hockey stick controversy, but you have not started a discussion on the article's talk page. Could you please contribute some ideas regarding the changes you would like to see made to the article? Thanks. Guettarda (talk) 22:20, 24 March 2013 (UTC)
