Notice

The article Palindromic names has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No potential for growth, trivial in nature and no evidence that this is an encyclopedic topic. One is a fictional character who is presumably voluntarily named by a palindrome. There's no evidence that anyone bears the name of the three redlinks. Basically this is a list of size one.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Speedy deletion nomination of Y Ty[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Y Ty requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, a group of people, an individual animal, an organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content, or an organized event that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. The article Ō, Japan has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unsourced stub about a no longer existent place that, per the creator, has no sources or wiki suitable info on it.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Stub tags[edit]

Please don't replace stub tags with more generic ones (such as in this edit) or add one or more parent stub tags where a more suitable and specific one already exists (such as in this edit). Thank you. Mindmatrix 19:01, 31 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at List of palindromic places. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continual disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Don't add instructions on how to edit Wikipedia to articles. There are more than 5 million articles. Do you really thing that we are going to add instructions to every article? Meters (talk) 21:41, 31 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. Your recent edit to List of palindromic places appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. See the article's talk page. You were also adding entries for various things that do not belong on the list since they are not places. Meters (talk) 21:43, 31 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

April 2019[edit]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did on List of palindromic places. This violates Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Stop adding entries that have no articles and no references Meters (talk) 01:03, 7 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

See the article's talk page. Unless there is consensus ot keep all of these red linked and unsourced entries I will remove them all. Meters (talk) 01:04, 7 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of List of SYM with a Sub/Superscript[edit]

Hello, Sgysd,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Bensci54 and it's nice to meet you :-)

I wanted to let you know that I have tagged an article that you started, List of SYM with a Sub/Superscript, for deletion, because it's impossible to identify the subject of the article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Bensci54}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Longest word in English. You've been getting these sorts of warnings repeatedly, but they don't seem to have had any effect. It would be helpful if you could acknowledge that you understand what the problem is. See WP:Communication is required for a little bit of information about why.Deacon Vorbis (carbon • videos) 15:29, 7 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
