June 2022[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm SpheralCobra. I noticed that you recently removed content from Pearse Doherty without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. October 2022[edit]

Information icon Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living (or recently deceased) persons, as you did to Owen Warner. Thank you. – Meena • 18:16, 28 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, I thought that the information was confirmed but it's not. Sorry! Squirtball (talk) 18:33, 28 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Similarly, information around what happened in the Cruz family is not certain and does not belong in his article per WP:BLP policies. – Muboshgu (talk) 20:54, 7 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Next Irish general election[edit]

Hi Squirtball. There's a prominent note to editors in the Opinion Polls section of Next Irish general election, when you go to edit it, that you appear to have missed. It states: "PLEASE READ THIS! Opinion polls are listed by default in REVERSE CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER - latest first - but users can sort the table. In order to preserve the ability to sort by polling date, please include an entry for data-sort-value in front of the polling date. The date we use is the last date of polling, *NOT* the date of publication. In order to preserve the ability to sort by the polling company, please increment the relevant data-sort-value by one each time you add a new poll. So a new Behaviour & Attitudes poll would become "B&A14" if the last one was "B&A13". Please also wikilink the most recent poll (link goes to the publishing media outlet, piped to show the commissioning publisher and polling company) and please also unlink the prior poll from that company. Please only include polls if you have a reference. Add references to the group="p", not in general references. Please follow the form of citations already used in the article, and definitely *don't* use bare references. If the above doesn't make sense to you, please do not make major changes."

I'd be grateful if you could follow those instructions next time you edit the article. TIA, BastunĖġáḍβáś₮ŭŃ! 11:32, 7 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:54, 28 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
