Information icon Hello, I'm Robvanvee. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, 1017 Records, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Robvanvee 07:15, 2 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not remove content from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Toosii, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia without adequate explanation, as you did at Lil Tecca, you may be blocked from editing. — JohnFromPinckney (talk / edits) 21:00, 27 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Unblock reason

[edit]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Well, could y'all at least tell me what I was blocked for? Because for my knowledge, all the edits I made today were sourced. And plus, you should give me a reason when I'm blocked. ThesePicklesLoveSosa (talk) 05:05, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You were given a reason in the notice above. If you don't think that you were disruptive, please explain why. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 06:57, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Look at how many warnings you've received related to adding it changing content without a source. That's your hint.
I was not the Admin who blocked you...but that's only because another admin noticed your edits first. I endorse their block. You absolutely need to add sourcing every time you add or alter content on Wikipedia. I can help if you have questions. But you can't keep ignoring this, or you're just going to keep getting blocked. Sergecross73 msg me 13:34, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Well, yesterday I did a lot of edits with good sourcing. I was bad on sourcing back then, but I'm doing better at it. ThesePicklesLoveSosa (talk) 14:38, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

And plus, y'all do not need to revert my sourced edits PURELY because I'm blocked for a short period of time. Can you tell me why you guys do that? ThesePicklesLoveSosa (talk) 14:40, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Good, I'm glad you're getting better at sourcing. You're only blocked for 24 hours, so hopefully if you're getting better, this will be your last block for it. As for people undoing your edits, you'd have to be more specific for me to comment on them, but people don't have the go-ahead up just whole-sale undo everything you've done just because you're blocked, though they are free to if they have policy-based reasons to do so. Sergecross73 msg me 15:57, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
My most recent edits on Gucci Mane discography, The State vs. Radric Davis, and The Appeal: Georgia's Most Wanted were all reverted for no reason at all. No summary was given. ThesePicklesLoveSosa (talk) 16:09, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
It appears two out of three if these boil down to you changing the numbering of Gucci Mane's albums. They should leave edit summaries, but you should have left edit summaries when you changed them in the first place. It really helps to give a reason why you made changes. You never gave anyone a reason why they should agree with you. I imagine if the other editor had given an edit summary, it likely would have been something as simple as "undoing unexplained changes".
I not knowledgeable enough about Gucci Mane to know which is correct, so I'm not picking sides. But if you're following the WP:BRD process like you should, the next step would be to discuss on the talk page and only make the change again if there is agreement on how to move forward. (WP:CONSENSUS). Sergecross73 msg me 17:01, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Unblocked

[edit]

I have accepted your unblock request at UTRS appeal number 44183, and so your account is now unblocked. It seems to me very unlikely that you are the same person as TowerPizza, which was the reason for the block. JBW (talk) 22:27, 14 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I cannot express my gratefulness enough, I am so happy to be back on Wikipedia. ThesePicklesLoveSosa (talk) 22:40, 14 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Still adding unsourced material while chastising others for doing it

[edit]

Stop adding unsourced material. You have repeatedly been warned, even by an administrator, and yet, you are still here doing it even after being unblocked. Sergecross73 This user is still adding significant amounts of unsourced material, even after being warned by you. They're criticising others for doing so, then doing so themselves in the very next edit. Also, all unsourced peaks, unsourced, and unsourced again. The charts have updated on nztop40.co.nz, not on charts.nz, which is an archive that usually updates a few days later. Not instantly, so you need to provide an additional source when updating New Zealand peaks. Ss112 01:40, 19 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I would have given the same block. Sosa, is there something you're not understanding about our "add a source every time you add or change info" policy? Sergecross73 msg me 03:53, 20 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Explain your edits

[edit]

You should not be making edits with such large removals of content without explaining why. Is there any reason you've kept some singles while removing a lot of others? How else did Yung Bleu release those songs if not as separate singles? An editor should not need to come to your talk page to ask why you've done something. Please start leaving edit summaries. Thank you. Ss112 21:28, 9 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
