Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Geneva Motor Show, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages GTO, Morgan and Fioravanti. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Speedy deletion nomination of 1998 Paris Motor Show[edit]

Hello Timothy C,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged 1998 Paris Motor Show for deletion, because it seems to be inappropriate for a variety of reasons. For more details please see the notice on the article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

Geneva Motor Show references[edit]

Thank you for adding many references to Geneva Motor Show. However, you used the {{cite press release}} template when most of them should have been the {{cite news}} template. Press releases are for when the manufacturer releases information - which will naturally be in a very positive light. News is for when a separate company (eg a newspaper, magazine or blog) gives their own spin on it - hopefully in a non-biased way. For the news reference, the |publisher= parameter is not the manufacturer's name but is the name of the company that owns newspaper, magazine or blog. In most cases, the owner is not important and we use the |work= parameter instead for the name of the newspaper, magazine or blog. It is also good to add the author's |first= and |last= names, the |date= of the referenced article and the |access-date= that you read it online. These help to combat link rot when we need to find where it shifted or an archived version. Once again, thank you for your work.  Stepho  talk  01:26, 30 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
