Crosswinds Mall

The article Novi Town Center has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article is on a subject that was previously deleted following a discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Novi Town Center where consensus was that the shopping center was insufficiently notable for an article. Such articles are candidates for speedy deletion when the material is substantially identical to the deleted version or when, as in this case, changes do not address the reasons for which the material was deleted.
