Uh......yea.......did you miss that scene where Roxas and Sora were fighting. Here is what happened: They were in the World that Never Was and while Donald and Goofy fought Nobodies, Sora fought Roxas in his dream world. After having the crud beat out of him Sora lost his sword but teleported it in his hand and swiftly cut Roxas across his chest and when he appeared later, he coudn't look more of a spirit.
Actually I'm using a friends computer and out of habit I signed with my name and then fixed it, but if you want to leave it that way go for it, because at least this way I can keep editing.--User:Soccerguy1039

I understand that protagonist is more correct, but I wanted a win win situation for everyone, so I combined hero and protagonist. The reader can see a word that they are familiar with and click on the link to see what a protagonist is. (To be honest, I never heard of the word until I encountered a situation exactly like it on the Zelda page and I want to pass it around.) I hope you understand. -Eileen-
Hi. Can you stop reverting the Pokemon Red & Blue page, please? If you look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PEGI , you'll note the PEGI rating system was not brought in until 5 years after the game came out - Elspa was in use at this time and was not rated by them. I know this because I have the box on my desk in front of me at this very second. Thanks!
Fair enough @ edit summaries - I didn;t know about this feature of Wikipedia until now. Thanks, I'll make a note to start using that.
Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed.
No, you are the vandal. You are erasing relevant and useful information for no reason whatsoever.
Consensus for ruining Wikipedia? I think that can be ignored.
Really? Covered in other article? You want Airship (Final Fantasy) to redirect to a tiny little paragraph, Jecht to redirect to a tiny little paragraph, and Locations in Spira to redirect to an article that does not even include any information from Locations in Spira at all.

When was this iniated that names were used in replacement of flags? Also, Why did you only reveryt those ones. theres at least another 15 megaman games with flags, not to mention countless other games.
May you please stop removing (like you did in your edit ) the television schedule on the Denno Senshi Porygon page. The television schedule is important because it shows the aftermath of seizure episode and how the seizure episode changed the original dates. Also it shows how the seizure episode changed the broadcast dates before and after the episode.
It show's how airing schedule was infected due to the seizure and the discontination of the anime, it also show how the episodes aired differentlly.
Just wanted to congratulate you on your ongoing good work

I've removed it; until one of the images removed has a fair use rationale that expresses the rights to use the image in question in the article, it shall stay that way. -- AltirisHeliosExeunt23:18, 11 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I've reversed the changes made to the image I originally uploaded so that it can be used in the article again. Apart from what I deem to be file compression, I really don't know what McLoaf's done to it. -- AltirisHeliosExeunt23:27, 11 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The only thing I've done with the image is compressing it in PNGOUT to make it smaller, any changes beyond that are unintentional from my side. McLoaf (talk) 22:48, 28 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The kana ヱ and ヲ are obsolete since 1946, and are no longer used in modern japanese except as pure stylistic devices. Their original pronunciation (which was indeed "we" and "wo") has "devolved" into "e" and "o". Indeed, they became stricts equivalents of エ and オ.
Hepburn romanization is based on english phonology, thus aiming at reproducing (or being close to) the real japanese sounds, instead of sticking to the writing. Writing don't change, but pronunciation does, and Hepburn reflects that. The Hepburn romanization of ヱ and ヲ was indeed officially modified as the characters became obsolete and were absorbed by others. Nowadays you won't find a Hepburn chart featuring the kana ゑ (ヱ) and を (ヲ) romanized as "we" and "wo". You'll only find "e" and "o" (see there: Official website of Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Citizens, Culture and Sports)
Thus, ヱヴァンゲリヲン is pronunced "evangerion", not "Wevangeriwon". You just have to listen to the various japanese commercials... ヱヴァンゲリヲン is a modern word, and Hideaki Anno just used obsolete characters for a stylistic purpose, but the pronunciation remains exactly the same as it was with "エヴァンゲリオン". There is thus no reason to use the obsolete, historical pronunciation of ヱ and ヲ. Since with Evangelion, we're not dealing with a historic of japanese phonology, historical and obsolete pronunciations dating back from 50 years ago won't be used. Hepburn reflects pronunciation, not writing.Folken de Fanel (talk) 13:39, 21 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Logo ragnarok.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. just curious, you reverted my edit but I just watched the episode and only the opening showed footage from the movie, and the ending definately was the regular one. 氷空 wants to be read as そら which is sky in Japanese, so its Sky's Bouquet not Ice Sky - Taiketsu
The kanji ( 氷空 ) has そら as the Furigana not こおりそら so the producers wants the title to be read as The Sky Bouquet - Also look at the title on Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea - ポケモンレンジャーと蒼海の王子 マナフィ The Pokémon Ranger and Prince of the Sea - Manaphy (Umi no Ōji Manafi) - Taiketsu
I've asked a number of questions on the character articles. I have recently played Justice For All, but need help filling in information from Trials and Tribulations, such as information on Godot, Morgan, Iris, and Hawthrone. Please note that the character articles should detail the personality and some bare bones biography, but the real meat of the plot should be in the video game articles. hbdragon88 (talk) 06:08, 11 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Are you insinuating that Wikipedia has developed and is using an entirely new and original Hepburn system, altogether different from the true Hepburn or even from the japanese language ? Unless I'm mistaken, original research is not allowed on Wikipedia. Meaning Wikipedia doesn't define it's own rules concerning japanese pronunciations, but applies the ones already existing and currently in use.
Why are you so stubborn, it's even written in the article you're refering to that ヱ is obsolete and that ヲ "should be written o phonetically".
To come back to our problem, I can't see why you could revert and impose your version while absolutely nothing allows you to substanciate it. I have provided a thorough and indisputable explanation of why I am correct, using very clear proofs like official Hepburn charts currently in use in Japan (from the official website of the Tokyo prefecture). And you just didn't bother to answer anything to this.
In this conditions, if you cant, or don't even want to provide sources backing you up, thus violating the basic principle of WP, I can't see why you'd be authorised to revert the article to your version. That you don't like to be wrong and you want to have it your own way, are not valid reasons on Wikipedia.
If my last message here was ever seen as "incomplete", then here are still more evidences:
The Hepburn system, to which you claim to refer, states in its introduction (3rd revision, page available online here):
“
The Japanese syllabary consists of seventy-two syllabic sounds, and including the final ン, of seventy-three. Among these there are several having the same sound; as, イ and 井, ヱ and エ, ヲ and オ, ジ and ヂ, ヅ and ズ. If these be deducted it leaves sixty-eight distinct sounds.
”
There is no occurence of "Wevangeliwon Shin Gekijoban" in the entire net, but even the sources used in the Eva 01 article use "Evangelion Shin Gekijoban" ([2])
The japanese Wiki article states that ヱヴァンゲリヲン新劇場版 is read エヴァンゲリオン しんげきじょうばん
Finally, in Eva 01, during the "next episode" preview for Eva 02, Misato clearly says "Evangerion Shin Gekijōban" : http://boomp3.com/m/6be5847e58d4
Which all bring back the fact that the character ヱ and ヲ have been entirely replaced by エ and オ, and that using the historic romanization of obsolete characters is completely irrelevant, misleading, and false, since Hepburn is supposed to reflect pronunciation based on english phonology. "We", "wo" and "e", "o" are entirely different sounds even in english phonology, and even in japanese there is no "we" or "wo" (as associated with ヱ and ヲ), but only "e" and "o".
Finally, I'll add that trying to impose your version while refusing to listen to what others could say, is first disrupting Wikipedia, and then a mark of uncivility. If after this message, you persisting in reverting to your version without having first discussed and provided valid enough justifications, I'll be forced report you to the admin board. And obviously, being involved in an edit-war in which your uncivility has been proven, right after a 12-hours block for 3RR, is certainly not going to improve the way admins see you...(in other words, if you continue like that, you'll be blocked, and certainly not merely 12 hours, this time).Folken de Fanel (talk) 16:16, 11 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Giratina to Sora no Hanataba. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors.
Please note that even though the kanji 氷(ice) is present in 氷空, the furigana establish that the word reads as そら (sora - sky) only. Furigana are not optional, they give the definite pronunciation, and if the japanese have chosen that the word should only be read as sora, it's not up to you make up an original translation. If the japanese only retain the "sky" part, then WP will do the same.Folken de Fanel (talk) 00:53, 15 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Hey Urutapu, I'd really hate to see a good editor get blocked anymore over something so trivial. I'd suggest just stepping away from the article for a while until the other editor either goes away thinking he got his way, or until the official name is released. You have made substantial contributions to Wikipedia and I know this can be a real headache, but it's not worth getting blocked. Cheers! SpigotMap07:48, 15 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The katakana title was correct. I'm not sure where you nabbed the one with "THE AFTER" and no hyphens around 月の帰還, but it's clearly ファイナルファンタジーIV ジ・アフター -月の帰還- in both the logo and on the game's entry at Square's Jump Festa 2008 page; ファイナルファンタジーIV ジ・アフター is the title, and -月の帰還- is the subtitle (hence the hyphens). An editor has nominated Hanyō, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Hanyō and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:29, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for uploading Image:OstPLUS.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

I reverted this edit of yours. This isn't why I reverted, but please refrain from being rude in edit summaries.
I reverted you because you changed the spelling of "blonde" to "blond" without rationale. The general rule of Wikipedia is don't change UK spellings to US ones and vice-versa without just cause. Since you didn't provide a good rationale (or any rationale), I'm going to assume you only changed it because you are American and prefer the spelling to be "your" way. However, if you found the spelling on official SquareEnix press releases/web pages to be spelled "blond", then you could change it, and link to those pages on the talk page. Otherwise it is considered discourteous, or even offensive, to change the spelling. See here for more info. Thanks Frvernchanezzz (talk) 08:25, 5 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, I've found that this appears to be the very first time "blond" was added to the article, and it was spelled without the "e". The rule is to leave the spelling the way it was initially, if there is no reason to change it. So, since I've seen this diff, I'm cool with you changing it back to "blond" (unless of course Square spells it "blonde"). Frvernchanezzz (talk) 09:32, 5 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Project FMF (talk) 19:51, 16 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
About Saint Seiya, dont you think there are TOO MANY CHARACTER ARTICLES? There are some articles for characters that appear in only one page!Tintor2 (talk) 12:17, 22 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
May I ask why you have decapitalized the romanizations in JapaneseTitle paramaters in edits such as this? I raised the question at WT:ANIME, and a couple responders there said to treat the romanization as we treat English titles, so I was wondering what your opinion was. —TangentCube, Dialogues02:52, 25 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Well, the first letter at iTunes isn't capitalized, and I've been apparently fighting User:Hanzo over the simple location of this article (he's been moving it back to Abingdon Boys School since October, apparently). I just recently found that he had used copy-paste moves to repeat these moves last week, and then again this morning.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 21:00, 2 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for cleaning up the track names on the Final Fantasy music pages- I've been getting the literal translations from ffmusic.info, and clearly I need to start taking the literal translations with a grain of salt. Also, the reason FFV had a reception section with no reception is because I'm currently working on it- I've gotten music of FF4 and 9 to GA, and nominated music of FFX, and I'm starting work on V right now, and it's still a bit of a mess. Once again, thanks for helping out! --PresN (talk) 13:49, 25 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Tazumili is just Nintendo of America not knowing that the village already had an official English spelling. It's supposed to be spelt "Tazmily" according to the old Mother 3 (N64 version) page on Nintendo's Japanese site. It's, of course, no longer up, but it can still be seen on the Internet Archive. Here's a link to the page. The sentence I'm talking about is "ちなみに、『タツマイリ』のスペルは、“TAZMILY”となります。" which means "By the way, the spelling of 『タツマイリ』 becomes "TAZMILY". It appears that NoA didn't know there was already an official English spelling. Like how they originally were going to use "Klaus" in Lucas' trophy description, but changed it to the correct "Claus". Nintendo Power used "Tazmily" for EarthBound 64 back before the game was canceled as well.
You can see it here.Linkdude20002001 (talk) 03:06, 26 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
You're welcome. I dought it was intentional. They also mistakenly called the "Kirby" series the "Kirby Super Star" series in the trophy section because one of their translators must have thought "Hoshi no Kirby" (which translates to "Kirby of the Stars") was supposed to be "Kirby Super Star" in English. Kirby Super Star is a game for the Super NES called "Hoshi no Kirby Super Deluxe" in Japan. You'd think NoA would be more careful, but I guess they were in a hurry to get the game translated.Linkdude20002001 (talk) 04:31, 26 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The release order of the respective versions of the game are irrelevant to the inaccuracy of the article's statement. Until a review of the Wii version is issued from 1up.com, this statement should be clarified to state "The Xbox 360 and PS3 versions." After such a review is released, it should be stated or implied that the PS2 version is the only one not applicable to the 'Next-Gen' tag, allowing the "The 360 and PS3 versions" statement to return simply to "Next-Generation" versions. -69.121.179.87 (talk) 15:09, 1 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The japanese particle "no" is a possessive particle. It can be seen to work backwards in some cases, by the two enterpretations of translations involving the partticle, which eventually amount to meaning the same thing.
"no" literally means "'s", and therefore sleeve's white snow.
You could also translate is as white snow of the sleeve, which means exactly the same thing. (The posession comes after the particle.) As you probably know, many fansubs have translated it as sleeve of white snow - and that is exactly what "shirayuki no sode" means. (That being the phrase that you gave me). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.17.147.170 (talk) 13:17, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I noticed you used unicode on your signature. On some browsers that could end up as a bunch of hollow squares or gibberish, where people would want to see a username. I got a message on my page with that warning, I though I'd share it with you. : ) – J U M PG U R U@Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia22:32, 2 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading File:Memofrag.jpg. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check
That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.
"Loveはドコ?" would usually be written as "愛はどこですか?" or "Loveはどこですか?" (even putting it in katakana would be fine)" but not "Loveはドコ?"... It wouldn't make much sense grammatically unless you put "ka" ("か" or "乎") at the end to signify a question. Otherwise it's just... like "Where is love" without the question mark... it would make more sense to put it as "愛はどこですか?" for a native Japanese speaker, but writing love as love works too... moocowsruletalk to moo02:11, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.
When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.
On the MOS:JP talk page, a discussion has been started about including or not including romanizations for words of English origin, such as Fainaru Fantajī in Final Fantasy (ファイナルファンタジー, Fainaru Fantajī) (for the sake of simplicity, I called this case "words of English origin", more information on semantics here).
Over the course of a month, it has become apparent that both the parties proposing to include or not include those romanizations cannot be convinced by the arguments or guidelines brought up by the other side. Therefore, a compromise is trying to be found that will satisfy both parties. One suggestion on a compromise has been given already, but it has not found unanimous agreement, so additional compromises are encouraged to be suggested.
One universally accepted point was to bring more users from the affected projects in to help achieve consensus, and you were one of those selected in the process.
What this invitation is:
You should give feedback on the first suggested compromise and are highly encouraged to provide other solutions.
What this invitation is not:
This is not a vote on including or excluding such romanizations.
