I do not know who the Saylanan is, as a newbie wikipedia writer I wrote an article. Then submitted it for review, KylieTastic stated the eason about why my page is not eligible for publish. I have been searching for reliable resources and citations for the last couple of days, I have no idea who's Saylanan. What I know is they did something wrong. So why should I be blocked
