Recent edit to Sophie Nélisse

[edit]

Hello. I noticed that you recently made a contribution to the Sophie Nélisse article that seemed to be a test. Your test worked! However, test edits on live articles disrupt Wikipedia and may confuse readers. If you want more practice editing, the sandbox is the best place to do so. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Materialscientist (talk) 08:43, 13 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Sandra madgwick

[edit]

Hello Yuka Nishizaka,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Sandra madgwick for deletion, because it doesn't appear to contain any encyclopedic content. Take a look at our suggestions for essential content in short articles to learn what should be included.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Xx236 (talk) 14:25, 15 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The article Sandra Madgwick has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. reddogsix (talk) 15:44, 15 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not mark your edits as "minor" when they contain substantive changes

[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Thank you. Melcous (talk) 02:09, 18 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

November 2016

[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Zackmann08. Thank you for your recent contributions to Genesia Rosato. I noticed that when you added the image to the infobox, you added it as a thumbnail. In the future, please do not use thumbnails when adding images to an infobox (see WP:INFOBOXIMAGE). What does this mean? Well in the infobox, when you specify the image you wish to use, instead of doing it like this:

|image=[[File:SomeImage.jpg|thumb|Some image caption]]

Instead just supply the name of the image. So in this case you can simply do:

|image=SomeImage.jpg.

There will then be a separate parameter for the image caption such as |caption=Some image caption. Please note that this is a generic form message I am leaving on your page because you recently added a thumbnail to an infobox. The specific parameters for the image and caption may be different for the infobox you are using! Please consult the Template page for the infobox being used to see better documentation. Thanks! Ways to improve Samantha Raine

[edit]

Hi, I'm Devopam. Yuka Nishizaka, thanks for creating Samantha Raine!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. The article has potential. Please develop it properly by seeking inspiration from WIkiProject Biography

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Devopam (talk) 10:50, 22 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The article Samantha Raine has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails GNG. Possible CSD

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Apologies. I wanted this to go on your user page and I am afraid I have interfered with that page. And unsuccessfully! That′s how technically inept I am.

Nevertheless you commonsense commitment to dance is very impressive. Thank you for what you do. Protozoon (talk) 00:05, 13 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
