Utkal University of Culture (Odia: ଉତ୍କଳ ସଂସ୍କୃତି ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ) is a public University in Bhubaneswar, Odisha dedicated for research, teaching and education in the field of culture.[1] Prof. (Dr.) Kamal K. Misra is the current vice-chancellor of the university.
