Your removal of the merger template from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS)[edit]

I had placed a template on Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) suggesting that it be merged with Symbiosis International University. The template was however removed by you. Merger templates are placed to discuss potential mergers and is decided by way of consensus. Please consider placing the template back and contributing to the discussion in the article's talk page.--Nilotpal42 (talk) 22:02, 25 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Logo bhavan.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ww2censor (talk) 05:11, 5 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:SIMS Academic Block2.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:SIMS Academic Block2.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Fut.Perf. 09:06, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please wait[edit]

You have uploaded several images that have previously been published on the web (e.g. [1]), claiming they are your own work. If they really are, I expect you can prove you are the owner of the websites where they have appeared previously. If not, they will have to be deleted. Please do not upload any further images unless you are in fact the person who published them first. Uploading images under a false authorship claim may lead to a your account being blocked from editing. Fut.Perf. 09:27, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification[edit]

Hi. In Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), you recently added links to the disambiguation pages TJ, AIMS and ABCI (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. For more information, see the FAQ or drop a line at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 13:36, 6 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your contributions on Wikipedia. But understand that to maintain a Neutral Point of View, here in Wikipedia, we do not asses and rate the articles which we have started of heavily edited. You seemed to have assessed the article, Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) in which you had a large number of edits. Please refrain from doing as such in the future. The article has been downgraded due to a host of issues, especially improper referencing. --Debastein (talk) 19:40, 3 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Debastiein. You see, except for maintaining a neutral point of view, I never had any idea of how the articles are assessed here. Neither am I aware of the rules and regulations on Wikipedia. As an enthusiastic user of wiki for knowledge, I took interest in developing this page from a nascent stage. Infact, if you look at the edits of the talk page, the edit and assessment I've made, I had also written - "Added a lot of details, awaiting ratings". You can clearly understand, lack of proper knowledge in rating the pages by that comment. I used to look at the importance of various articles. Didn't know how to get a rating for this page, no proper guidance and hence the step.
