Proposed deletion of Pariah (card game)
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Pariah (card game), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:
All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. AfD nomination of Kleftis
[edit]I have nominated Kleftis, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kleftis. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

License tagging for File:Mass points1.png
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Mass points1.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 20:05, 13 June 2009 (UTC)
The illustration for Routh's Theorem does not fit the article
[edit]hi, miyo. the triangle illustration you provided at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Rouths_theorem.png for Routh's Theorem uses different letters than the article. will you edit it, or may i?
i don't know how to edit the .png file. all i get is the pink triangle on a black background. anyway, the corners of the triangle need to be labeled A, B, and C, the ends of the cevians need labels D, E, and F, and the a, b, and c need to be changed to x, y, and z, which have to be used to match the formula. i'm not sure what x=y=z=2 means either; the One-seventh area triangle problem refers to 1/3s, no?

A tag has been placed on Best thing in the world, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a redirect from an implausible typo.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you believe that there is a reason to keep the redirect, you can request that administrators wait a while before deleting it. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Dreaded Walrus t c 12:00, 22 December 2009 (UTC)
Split of Filibuster article
[edit]I have done a few follow-up edits to your splitting of Filibuster#United_States into Filibuster (United States). While I do appreciate that you were bold in your actions, it seems to me that you did not look at the discussion in Talk:Filibuster#Proposal to split off United States section into its own article. You performed the split one whole week earlier than it had been anticipated, for one thing.
But, more importantly, there are some very specific requirements for the content of edit summaries when splitting an article. For details, see WP:SPLIT. I have placed the necessary {{Template:Copied}} notices in the talk pages. I reverted some of your changes in order to keep a summary section. I have also made sure that the edit summaries comply with the requirements in WP:SPLIT.

Where did you get the information on the game?
I played it once recently, and while the mechanic was the same, rules were slightly different. Specifically, players were allowed only one question and when they attempted lay-outs, they had to correctly locate all cards.
The page also doesn't mention scoring or winning.
Is the game in pagat? I couldn't find it by that name.
