A.S. Red & Blue is a split-off from K-pop enterprise After School.[1][2] The unit line-ups were finalized on 11 July 2011.[3]

Their first single album was released on 20 July 2011, with title tracks In The Night Sky and Wonder Boy respectively. The music videos for the two songs were released soon after. The 'Red' single album consisted of two songs, In The Night Sky and Hollywood, and the 'Blue' single album also consisted of two songs, Wonder Boy and Lady.
