Thanks for uploading File:Abdul Ghafoor Khan Durrani.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. Hi Mr. Jogazai the above said block is not only imposed upon me . This Unlawful and unjustified Block has been also Imposed on the following listed Wiki Users by Mr.User:DeltaQuad unfortunately its because of Using 1, IP (one Land-line telephone) (One IP) User Account,

That's because One Wikipedia Administrator sitting in United States of America (USA) or somewhere else in the Modern and develop countries How the know about the situation about Quetta Pakistan that how we live here and get knowledge and information free from Wikipedia and as well we share our's, This is totally injustice. Hi Od Mishehu ,Thanks for the quick response, but I still stand on my words that I am not the sock puppet of User:Ali Mohammad Khilji it has been proved from my last editing as above Thanking Jogazai for his help regarding correction in my uploaded file and my conversations and further proof is I am a Baloch and Ali Mohammad Khilji is looks a Pashtun Mentioning with his name Khilji on all above there is no problem if some users help others in editing on the same pages this is not vandalism or against the Wikipedia rules and laws, and I dont want to creat an other user account because I am the real account holder and this is my first and only old account and as a volunteer I am serving Wikipedia by sharing and collecting knowledge. there for I request again please unblock me, I am trying from three day but unfortunately I was even unable to edit my talk page due to full block on this shared IP. which is also against the wiki laws --(talk/ Baloch Baba) 00:27, 19 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
