January 2012[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Appeasement, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted (undone) by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

  • Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
  • ClueBot NG makes very few mistakes, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been considered as unconstructive, please read about it, report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.
  • If you need help, please see our help pages, and if you can't find what you are looking for there, please feel free to place "{{helpme}}" on your talk page and someone will drop by to help.
  • The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Appeasement was changed by Charleydrgreen (u) (t) ANN scored at 0.853537 on 2012-01-20T14:49:07+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 14:49, 20 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Appeasement with this edit. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Wikipelli Talk 15:07, 20 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

May 2012[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Iker Casillas. When removing content, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the content has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. --Jaellee (talk) 08:33, 18 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

August 2012[edit]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Tom Cruise. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Rivertorch (talk) 21:09, 13 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Infobox dates[edit]

Hi, when updating infobox stats you need to update the |pcupdate= or |club-update= parameter by adding five tildes (~~~~~), which generates the specific time the update was made. Cheers, Mattythewhite (talk) 18:08, 18 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for January 6[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited 2013–14 Nottingham Forest F.C. season, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Jamie Paterson (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Information icon Hello, I'm Qed237. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living person on Mohamed Salah, but that you didn’t support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. QED237 (talk) 16:24, 26 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

September 2014[edit]

Information icon Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Ben Osborn. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox.

When you update player stats, please also update the relevant as-of dates. You've been told about this before, and if you keep on changing the stats without changing the dates to match, your edits will likely be considered disruptive.

The easy way to update the infobox as-of date is to replace the existing contents with 5 tilde characters, ~~~~~, so that it reads |club-update=~~~~~, and the system will automatically convert to the current date and time. And if the career stats table has a line at the top saying "correct as of match played....", change that date to the date of the last match played. Thank you for listening. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Ebecilio[edit]

Hi there! Saw your change on Kyle Ebecilio about the supposed termination of his loan. While I have seen some sources stating Nottingham were looking to end the loan, I haven't been able to find confirmation for that to have actually happened. The reference you gave in your change (squad on the club's website) doesn't work well. What makes you sure the loan has ended? Is there perhaps a better reference? Regards, Robby.is.on (talk) 20:40, 18 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

For now, I've replaced (change) the reference with a Nottingham Post article. Robby.is.on (talk) 22:08, 19 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Looks like that, while Twente had in fact previously "refused to allow Forest to terminate the season-long loan" (source), a termination of the loan has been agreed just before the closing of the transfer window. ;-) Robby.is.on (talk) 22:43, 1 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Nottingham Forest season.[edit]

Hello, can you stop reverting my edits regarding players In and Out. Their are or were still Nottingham Forest F.C. players so they have still either arrived or departed regardless off making a first team appearance or not. As long as reliable source is attached then their is no reason for it to be removed. If still not sure please take note from other football club season articles. I will be putting my recent edits back so PLEASE don't remove them again. Skyblueshaun (talk) 14:19, 7 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, thank you for replying and voicing your opinion on the matter, your suggestion is a good idea but I am just going by what other club season articles do. Thanks Skyblueshaun (talk) 14:26, 8 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Skyblueshaun. Thanks for your reply. You are correct in that these players did join/depart in the window and adding another section may over-complicate the page. Sorry to have removed your edits originally and without comment. Charleydrgreen. Charleydrgreen (talk) 12:06, 13 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
