I noticed that you re-uploaded this image, claiming that you hold the copyright. That is not true. We take copyright violations very seriously on Wikipedia. Nomination of Baltimore phenomenon for deletion

Baltimore phenomenon with maps

Hello Geographyprof, I'm sorry for the confusion, but Baltimore phenomenon with maps was previously deleted due to a discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Baltimore phenomenon, so I've deleted it again. The primary problem was that the phrase "Baltimore Phenomenon" appears to be a neologism. Searching for ("Baltimore Phenomenon" + map) doesn't turn up anything on Google Books or Google Scholar. The article content therefore appears to be original research in the sense of the Wikipedia:No original research policy.

For all I know, the article refers to a well-known concept which previously had no name. If that's the case, the article might be salvageable.
