Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution[edit]
Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Kenya into History of Kenya. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. This type of edit does get picked up by Copy Patrol and a good edit summary helps to make sure we don't accidentally revert it. However, for future use, would you note the best practices wording as outlined at Wikipedia:Copying_within_Wikipedia? In particular, adding the phrase "see that page's history for attribution" helps ensure that proper attribution is preserved.

Hey! I saw that you recently edited Iran's page with the Iranian attack on Israel. There are major problems with that and it doesn't include some very important info. Please change it to this so users know the full context:
"On 13 April 2024, the Iranian Armed Forces launched a major retaliatory attack on Israel and the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights with UAVs, cruise and ballistic missiles. The attack was in response to the Israeli airstrike on the Iranian embassy in Damascus. Several countries in the West Asia closed their airspaces a few hours before Iran launched its standoff attack. The American, British, and Jordanian air forces and navy helped Israel to shoot down the Iranian drones, while France, which intervened at the request of Jordan, deployed its navy to provide radar coverage. At least nine missiles had struck two Israeli air bases, namely the Nevatim and Ramon. The attack caused Israel spending over $1.3 billion overnight to defend against the strikes. Although the attack didn't include casualties and was intended to saturate the anti-missile defences, it was the biggest ever drone strike in the world, the biggest missile attack in Iranian history, and its first ever direct attack on Israel. It was also the first time since 1991 that Israel itself was attacked by a state force."
