Abubshahar Wildlife Sanctuary is situated in Sirsa district of Haryana state, India. It is spread over an area of 11530.56 [hectare]]s. It is 10 km away from Dabavali on the Dabavali-Sangariya road.[1] The national government has issued guidelines to facilitate the governments of states/union territories to identify areas for declaration of eco-sensitive zones around national parks and wild life sanctuaries. Draft notifications under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 have been issued in respect of Abubshahar Wildlife Sanctuary.[2]
