Divya Agarwal is a Indian television actress, model, and VJ who is best known for Splitsvilla 10(MTV India) and Ace of Space. She made her debut in the series Ragini MMS returns season 2 on the Alt Balaji's Platform.[1]She was also the winner of Ace of Space season 1[2]

Early life and background

Divya Agarwal studied at St. Xavier's High School and completed her graduation at Canadian University,Dubai. She hold a master's degree in Journalism.[3]She learned dance from Terence Lewis dance academy.[4] Divya started her journey as a choreographer and also opened her own "Elevate Dance Academy"[5]. She has choreographed several actresses like Ileana D'Cruz,Sunny Leone and Shilpa Shetty.[6] In 2010 she choreographed 30000 dancers alongwith a Pakistani choreographer for IPL 2010.[7]


She has also been a winner of several beauty pageants. In 2015, she won the title of 'Miss Navi Mumbai'. Later in 2016,she was crowned as the winner of 'Indian princess'[8].She also won 'Miss International Tourism 2016'.[9] She has worked in several commercials such as kellogs, loreal,head n shoulders,Ponds.

Personal Life

During MTV Splitsvilla, Divya Agarwal and Priyank Sharma were head over heels in love with each other.However during Bigg boss 11 Priyank Sharma's closeness with co-contestent Benafsha Soonawala lead to Divya breaking up with him.[10]Their breakup stirred up several controversies

In 2018, while hosting Roadies X2, divya met Varun Sood (actor and VJ) and soon they became best friends. In 2018, the duo participated in MTV Ace of Space wherein Varun Sood realised his feelings for Divya and proposed her.[11]

Career

In 2017, Divya Agarwal participated in MTV Splitsvilla[12]season 10 wherein she was the runner up gained huge fame. Her relationship with Priyank Sharma was loved by most. In 2018 , she emerged as the winner of Mtv Ace of Space.[13] She appeared in several music videos.[14]

In 2019 she made her debut in Ekta Kapoor's Ragini MMS returns season 2[15]with co-star and boyfriend Varun Sood. She also hosted Mtv Ace the Quarantine.[16] Divya is active social media influecer and keeps her fans updated on social media.[17]

Achievements

In 2020, Divya Agarwal was ranked 6th amongst the Most Desirable Television Actresses.[18] In 2015 she won the title of "Miss Navi Mumbai".[19] In 2016 she was crowned "Indian Princess" and "Miss International Tourism". In 2017, she was the runner up of MTV Splitsvilla season 10 with Priyank Sharma In 2018, she became the winner of MTV Ace of Space season 1.
