Martin or Michael Schoenfield?
The article states that Engoron clerked for Martin Schoenfield, and that Schoenfield was and aministrative law judge. I cannot access one of the sources, probably due to country restrictions, but from what I can see, it is Michael Schoenfield that was the administrative law judge while Martin Schoenfield was the NYS Supreme Court Judge.
