If you are unable to complete a move for technical reasons, you can request technical help below. This is the correct method if you tried to move a page, but you got an error message saying something like "You do not have permission to move this page, for the following reasons:..." or "The/This page could not be moved, for the following reason:..."

• To list a technical request: the Uncontroversial technical requests subsection and insert the following code at the bottom of the list, filling in pages and reason:

  This will automatically insert a bullet and include your signature. Please do not edit the article's talk page.
• If you object to a proposal listed in the uncontroversial technical requests section, please move the request to the Contested technical requests section, append a note on the request elaborating on why, and sign with ~~~~. Consider pinging the requester to let them know about the objection.
• If your technical request is contested, or if a contested request is left untouched without reply, create a requested move on the article talk and remove the request from the section here. The fastest and easiest way is to click the "discuss" button at the request, save the talk page, and remove the entry on this page.

  @Santiago Claudio: Not eligible for redirect suppression per WP:PMRC. Even if these are misnomers, they are neither implausible nor recent. And while WP:NCELECT mostly uses adjectival examples, it allows either "country name or adjectival form". SilverLocust 💬 09:52, 16 June 2024 (UTC)

  Note that this is not the correct place to propose a split. See WP:PROSPLIT for the proper procedure. Also, I'm not sure why this requires a move? Can't you just move the historical content over to the "former" article, creating that article off of the redirect? Bensci54 (talk) 16:42, 13 June 2024 (UTC)

Yes, the two constituencies are significantly different. This map shows the arrondissement (old constituency) within the province (new constituency). The area of the constituency increased from 797 km² to 3,857 km². The electorate increased from 400,000 to 725,000.--Obi2canibe (talk) 18:22, 12 June 2024 (UTC)

  The people are referred to as the Atakapa, the Ishak, and the Atakapa-Ishak. Referring to them as simply Atakapa or Ishak doesn't make since in that context. As well, they are referred to Atakapa-Ishak by media sources (https://www.texasobserver.org/mapping-indigenous-communities-of-texas-atakapa-ishak/, https://64parishes.org/keyword/atakapa-ishak-nation) and by the major tribal organization (https://www.atakapa-ishaknationofswla.org/). • @Roastedbeanz1: There are 9 sources in the article that spell it without the space: [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], and [6] use "Amplive" and [7], [8], and [9] use "AmpLive". An argument could be made for "Amplive", so this should probably be discussed on the talk page before moving.   I would contest the move since there are more reliable sources that say "Khosro Panah" than "Khosropanah". Sports2021, are there any more English sources that say "Khosropanah"? Toadette^Edit! 17:21, 16 June 2024 (UTC)

  "panah" is a suffix, not a separate word. one source put a space between them and the others simply cope/pasted the same mistake. but OK if you insist to "contest" the move, check the [https://web.archive.org/web/20100506013820/http://www.la84foundation.org/6oic/OfficialReports/1948/OR1948.pdf official report] of that Olympic. page 437.
