Transformers: Dark Of The Moon is an upcoming video game that will be the prequel to the film of the same name. The game is under development by High Moon Studios who previously developed Transformers: War for Cybertron. The trailer for the Dark of the Moon video game has been released. It has also been announced that the game will also feature a mode known as Stealth Force in which characters only partially transform from their vehicle mode. Weapons protrude from the vehicle form and more precise controls are available, such as strafing. The Characters Optimus Prime, Megatron, Ironhide, Bumblebee, Stratosphere, Starscream, Ratchet, Warpath, Soundwave, Laserbeak, Mixmaster and Shockwave have been confirmed to be in the game. Different locations will appear in the game, including The Jungles of South America, Siberian Military facilities, and Detroit Cityscapes. It is believed that the game is set before the movie but trailers suggest that at least certain scenes from the movie may be playable.

Gameplay

Gameplay is similar to Transformers: War for Cybertron's gameplay, in which the game is a third-person shooter. There is Stealth Force gameplay that lets players convert to a third form beyond robot and vehicle modes to defeat their enemies in more ways than ever before.
