Handball incident

The handball incident should feature far more prominently in the Wiki. It is barely mentioned in the Wiki; let alone not being in the introduction.

It should be featured for obvious reasons - the incident came to worldwide attention and sparked massive controversy. It is the most known moment of Henry's career. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.9.177.21 (talk) 11:52, 21 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Completely agree, but Wikipedia is edited by people with too much unwarranted self importance. Note this page is blocked to any IP with an opinion. The only views allowed on the "great" Henry are those from the established cabal of known editors. He basically handled twice to keep the ball in play making it one of the most flagrant breaches in the laws of Football. Yet there is no mention of it or the fact that this man incurred the ire of any entire nation. Yeah complete BS but par for the course on this cabal-controlled propaganda project. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 109.150.226.106 (talk) 11:18, 22 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Leaving aside nationalist arguments, compare Diego Maradona (another scandal-tainted footballing great). The good and the bad are in Maradona's introduction (andd there are a lot more bad incidents). The introduction of Thierry Henry makes him look like a saint. It doesn't mention the bggest flaw of his entire career. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.40.109.77 (talk) 23:03, 9 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Additions to Awards and Honours

The unveiling of a statue of Henry outside the Emirates should be edited into the Awards and Honours section of this wiki. Error

Under honors, it says European Championship 2000: Runner-up where it should say Champion, because France won in 2000. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 138.16.109.94 (talk) 02:44, 11 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

He always played with the number 14. But nowadays Theo Walcott plays with that. So now Henry had chosen 12 as number. The number which he played with in the France national team and Monaco, his first club.

When Henry returned to Arsenal, the number 14, the number Henry have always played with, was taken by Theo Walcott, so Henry chose number 12, the number which he used at his first club, Monaco, and France. I believe this could be added to the article, under the "Return to Arsenal" section, but it might need a reference. Any ideas? Mentoz86 (talk) 21:38, 9 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Only goal in the 78th minute? Sounds like there could have been other goals in other minutes. Change to only goal of game in 78th minute surely. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.234.165.109 (talk) 22:00, 9 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
