Kelardasht (Persian: كلاردشت, also Romanized as Kalārdasht)[1] is a city in and the capital of Kelardasht District, in Chalus County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 11,921, in 3,361 families.[2]
The city is composed of 5 districts. Hasankif has been the business district for many years and is currently also the political center.[3]

Its attractions mainly consist of its natural beauty and cooler climate. But picnicking and mountain climbing in the area surrounding Rud Barak are also popular, as well as in the lush Abbasabad Forest nearby.
