Hi again Imtitanium. I just saw this comment you made at Dharmadhyaksha's talk page, and it seems that you are treating your relationship with him as a kind of "battle" to be "won". I think you would do well to read the advice at our policy Wikipedia:No personal attacks, and be aware that Wikipedia is not a battleground, but a place to collaborate with other editors. If you disagree with another editor, then we expect that you talk together in a calm and civil fashion, and if talking with them doesn't work then we expect you to follow Wikipedia's dispute resolution system rather than resort to edit warring or incivility. It helps a lot if you focus on the content that you are discussing, and don't mention other editors' personalities or what you think their motives are. If you would like to do some reading to really get to grips with these ideas, I also recommend Wikipedia:Wikipedia is not about winning and all the essays linked at the bottom of Wikipedia:Assume good faith. On that talk page I don't see any comments from him which make any personal remarks about you. He restricted his criticism to the content, not to the contributors. You might be right, but for accusations like this we need evidence, otherwise it falls under one of the definitions of a personal attack: "Accusations about personal behavior that lack evidence." Could you post the evidence of him being partial towards you here? (Preferably including diffs.) I don't get it. I haven't edited the page whatsoever. I have been waiting for my unblock. I only add the nominations and the ratings now. I have had talks with Psychonaut and I understand and agreed that will not do so in future. The Bigg Boss 5 thing was an overlook mistake. Don't inflict such a heavy block on me. I have been contributing since forever. Please give me this last warning and spare me. I apologize. After this if you suspect any behaviour block me indefinite but pls spare me this last time.

1. I did add the BLP thing but Psycho confronted me and I didn't add it again. 2. Even before the BLP issue I added a copyvio summary. Psycho confronted me and I rewrote it completely. After that I didn't attempt to readd any copyvio summary again.
For both these issues you can consult Psycho since I strongly believe I'm not lying. Also The Bigg Boss 5 was a blunder on my part and I apologize for that. The whole section was removed and I thought someone had removed it as vandalism and I readded it. Had I known that all of it was copyvio I wouldn't have added it to begin with. As I said I might have overlooked it. You guys are being a little too harsh on me despite the fact that I am willing to comply with all of your rules. Mistakes can be made my every one of us. Not just once. I'm not the statue of liberty for God's sake. Cut me some slack. I am not paid to do this. Don't suppress my passion 'cause of some rules I have overlooked.

You know that this was removed as a copyvio. The reason was explained here. You even acknowledged and repaired the issue in that article. 121.52.146.234 (talk · contribs · WHOIS) has been blocked from editing now as well for block evasion. I want to make sure that you know that it is against policy to edit any page other than your talk page while you are blocked. Doing so can result in your indefinite block (which may be lifted if you convince people that you understand policy and will comply with it) becoming permanent. Any edit you make while you are blocked from any IP or account can be deleted just because you made it. It's much better, if you hope to continue editing, to work with the processes to negotiate an unblock.

The main issue you would need to overcome is violations of copyright policy. It doesn't look good, that you seem to have deliberately restored content that you knew had been removed for copyright issues. And it isn't encouraging that even with something so simple as copying from one article to another, which you are allowed to do if you follow instructions, you did it without bothering to follow them. It suggests that you don't much care about complying with copyright policy. An unblock wouldn't be a good move on our part unless we can believe that this will change - that you will care and that you are able to follow those rules.

There are other issues you should consider as well. Wikipedia is simply not the place to share your opinions about celebrities - statements like "But of course, this seems hogwash because she was literally seen jumping after it was announced that she does not have to dance. You never know where the world is going. Too much douchebaggery" [1] just don't belong here. Our job is to neutrally summarize in due weight what reliable sources say about notable subjects. That's all. And you can't ever add a link to a biography like you did here in a way that suggests it is being used as a source for information in an article when it obviously is not - and when it doesn't come close to clearing the biographies of living people policy. Nor can you add sentences like this when neither of your purported sources says a thing about it: "The media analysing the actor's statement further reoriented the audience's attention towards the topic claiming it to be verging on bigotry and an insult to the LGBT community. Colors Viacom received around 560 complaints overnight regarding the issue."[2][3]

If we can't trust that you are neutrally adding accurate information and fairly representing your sources, then cleaning up the copyright problems won't matter. And if we can't trust that you are respecting and following our copyright policies, then it doesn't help if the information you add is neutral and appropriately sourced. These two serious problems both need to be addressed if you wish to continue editing with this account; editing otherwise means that everything you add may be deleted. --Moonriddengirl ^(talk) 11:30, 8 October 2013 (UTC)
