"In the United States, photo booths are '''purely used for entertainment'''[citation needed], and as a result the US is a very small market for photo booth operators when compared to western Europe and eastern Asia. Indeed there are three or four times as many photo booths in the UK alone than there are in the whole of America[citation needed] where they are typically installed indoors in places for entertainment, such as video arcades and amusement parks. In some US cities, '''photo booths may also be found in train stations and other transportation hubs, as a means of obtaining a photograph needed for inclusion in a transit pass.'''"[[User:Kanjo Kotr|Kanjo Kotr]] ([[User talk:Kanjo Kotr|talk]]) 12:04, 31 October 2014 (UTC)

Merge discussion

The photo booth rental article seems short enough, and has some duplicated content, that it could reasonable be merged into this photo booth article. The topics are so closely related that it doesn't really make sense to have them split out into two separate articles. ~Amatulić (talk) 01:38, 9 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
