The 2016 Seattle Seahawks season will be the franchise's upcoming 41st season in the National Football League and the seventh under head coach Pete Carroll. The Seahawks will attempt to improve their 10-6 record from 2015 and will attempt to compete for a third Super Bowl appearance in four seasons.
