Compensatory selection |
- Notes
- The Seahawks traded their fifth-round selection to the Kansas City Chiefs in exchange for safety Kelcie McCray.
- The Seahawks traded their sixth-round selection to the Detroit Lions in exchange for cornerback Mohammed Seisay.
- The Seahawks acquired an additional seventh-round selection in a trade that sent running back Christine Michael to the Dallas Cowboys.
- As the result of a negative differential of free agent signings and departures that the Seahawks experienced during the 2015 free agency period, the team received three compensatory selections for the 2016 draft.[21] Free agent transactions that occurred after May 12, 2015 did not impact the team's formula for determining compensatory selections for the 2016 draft.[22]
