Lakshman Singh लक्ष्मण सिंह (26 August 1910 – 4 February 1996)[citation needed] served as the National Commissioner of the Bharat Scouts and Guides from April 1983 to November 1992. He was a recipient of the Indian civilian honour of the Padma Bhushan.[1]

In 1988, he was awarded the 194th Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting.[2]
