Background
Rowe was born in Paris to an American mother, who was a model and dancer at Le Lido club, and a French father, whose family is in the restaurant business.[3][4] Her childhood was split between Ville d'Avray, Brooklyn, and California.[4]
Career
Rowe was spotted in 2008 in a café in Le Marais in Paris while studying at university.[5] She has appeared in campaigns for Dior Homme (alongside Robert Pattinson),[6] Chloé, 3 Suisses, H&M, Louis Vuitton, Victoria's Secret, Gap, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Tommy Hilfiger.[5] She has been featured in magazines including on the cover of Vogue Paris, Elle, L'Officiel, CRASH, Marie Claire, and Madame Figaro.[7]
In 2010, Rowe appeared in the French film Our Day Will Come alongside Vincent Cassel.
In 2011, she appeared in the promo video for The Strokes' song Call Me Back.
In 2013, she starred in MGMT's music video for Alien Days.[8] Rowe also made a small cameo appearance in Supreme's full length skateboarding video "cherry" in 2014.
In 2016, she was named the Playboy Playmate of the Month for April 2016.[9]
Personal life
Rowe now lives in Los Angeles, California .[10]
