The Neo Phaliron Velodrome (New Phaleron) was a velodrome and sports arena in Piraeus, Greece, used for the cycling events at the 1896 Summer Olympics, which was later to be the old Karaiskakis stadium and later the newer Karaiskakis Stadium.
