Udyanraje Bhosale (born 24 February 1966) is an Indian politician and a member of Bharatiya Janata Party. He is a former member of the 17th Lok Sabha representing NCP from Satara Constituency in Maharashtra.[2] In 2009, 2014 and 2019 parliamentary elections he was elected to the Lok Sabha as a Nationalist Congress Party candidate. Before that, he was a member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and the Minister for Revenue of Maharashtra in the Bharatiya Janata Party government.[3][4]. In September 2019, he announced his return to the BJP ahead of the Maharashtra legislative assembly elections.[5][6]

Bhosale is the 13th holder of the title of Chhatrapati which was founded by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on his coronation in 1674.[7]

Personal life

Bhosale was born in Nashik to Pratapsingh and Kalpanaraje. He studied Production Engineering. He married Damayantraje on 20 November 2003. They have a son and a daughter.[1]
