Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to 8 external links on Bradley Joseph. Please take a moment to review my edit. You may add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it, if I keep adding bad data, but formatting bugs should be reported instead. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether, but should be used as a last resort. I made the following changes:

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}).

FAR

This article does not appear to meet 2020 WP:WIAFA criteria. While it is well sourced, it relies heavily on primary sources, is crammed with quotations, and the sections "Thoughts on success as an independent artist" and "On composing" read like paid, promotional blurbs in a magazine.

The "Yanni" section feels like a case of WP:UNDUE, and statements like "He readily credits Yanni's role in his professional development, and for five years of irreplaceable experiences and memories" are unencyclopedic and border on trivia. Statements like "Active since 1983, Joseph has performed in front of millions of people around the world" do not belong in the lead and tell the reader nothing about the subject's significance. It's hard to believe that Bradley Joseph's music has received nothing but acclaim and critical accolades, yet that is the impression one gets from the article. There are also various [[MOS:]] issues, including WP:OVERLINK, MOS:HASH, MOS:DASH and ellipsis usage.

The main contributor to this entry (who nominated it for FA status in 2007) has not edited Wikipedia since 2014 and no one appears to be maintaining the article. Unless these issues are addressed in the near future, the article should be taken to WP:FAR. Toccata quarta (talk) 10:12, 20 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Toccata quarta: were your concerns about this article addressed? I still see lots of primary sources, PRs, and other potentially unreliable sources used as references in this article. If the article is still not reaching the featured article criteria, can you nominate it for WP:FAR? Thanks. Z1720 (talk) 19:03, 26 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Z1720: Not as far as I can tell. Can I take it to FAR right away? I have listed the article at Wikipedia:Unreviewed featured articles/2020, but the instructions on that page are as confusing as they come, and I'm not sure if I should notify the article's main editor (who has not edited Wikipedia since 2014) or if this talk page section suffices. Thank you. Toccata quarta (talk) 06:44, 28 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
