Operation Ajay (romanized: Ajay, lit. Unconquered) was an operation conducted by the Indian Armed Forces to evacuate Indian citizens from Israel during the 2023 Israel–Hamas war.[1]

Background

India has launched Operation Ajay to facilitate the return of Indian citizens from Israel amid a war with the Hamas group in Gaza.[2]
