Need to add removal of Norriseal

As part of the name change to Dover Artificial Lift, Norriseal was extracted from the new DAL and now falls directly under Dover Energy. I don't have a link yet, but I'm an employee of one of the effected NPS operating companies. It will probably need to be mentioned somewhere.
