@Piotrus: Feel free to nominate this at AfD if you like, but this article cites sources (although they appear to be offline), has a Hebrew equivalent, and claims historic significance. I think this is much better dealt with at AfD. AleatoryPonderings (talk) 15:44, 19 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
AleatoryPonderings - Rabbi Halpern was instrumental in the rebuilding of Religious Jewish life that was decimated in the Holocaust. Please not that English articles on the internet should not be the litmus test of whether person is notable enough, when we are dealing with a "Polish" born person who was a notable Rabbi in "Germany" and was a member of a "Yiddish" speaking community--Steamboat2020 (talk) 16:16, 19 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I added 4 additional online sources establishing notability and I will remove the questionable notability notice on top of the page -- @piotrus can restart the conversation if he still feels it's warranted--Steamboat2020 (talk) 16:51, 20 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
