Contested deletion

[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Karla Rothstein is an important architect and architectural scholar with many notable awards and projects. I request that you hold off from deleting as she is in important figure in American architecture and an even more critical influence in New York architecture. To give you some context, her design of famous Brooklyn night club, Verboten, has garnered her much acclaim within the field. --Mlynch345 (talk) 18:09, 19 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The inclusion of her work in American Masterworks by Kenneth Frampton would seem to be making a very clear case for notability: see editorial reviews of the book here.--Pharos (talk) 19:22, 19 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
