Rifle did not malfunction

An weapons expert at the trial against Cruz testified that he made test fires through the weapon and it is still in working condition. Today I have had to revert a considerable amount of sloppy edits. The root cause was adding material based on a mixture of WP:OR and WP:HIJACK.
