Reason: Since 6 June 2024, there have been at least 12 instances of unsourced content being inserted into the article. Mostly unsourced content rather than deliberate vandalism, but nevertheless WP:BLP violations. If temporary Pending Changes protection is able to be granted, this would still allow IPs to make changes to the article, as long as the content is appropriately sourced.
