Streets of Rage 2 are currently the champs of NBHC(New Bedford Hardcore, the most prestigious of all chapters of hardcore). It has been rumored that Mayor Scott Lang has given them "the key to the city". They revitalized a starving scene with such anthems such as "Intro" and "Hardcore Hussy", that will stand the test of time.

The V-44 is a proposed next-gen aircraft that is based off of the USMC's V-22 Osprey. Instead of serving as a small-capacity tilt-rotor aircraft like its predecessor, it will take on the role of transporting heavy cargo/more troops much like a VTOL version of a C-130.

The Institute collaborates with Czech universities providing teaching of relevant subjects, training junior researchers and taking part in post-graduate doctoral programmes. The Institute provides information services, and works actively with the mass media.
The Oriental Institute of Prague was founded under the Act No. 27/1922 passed by the Czechoslovak parliament on January 25, 1922. According to the act, the aim of the Institute was “to cultivate and build up scientific and economic relations with the Orient”. The establishment of the Institute was supported by the first Czechoslovak President T. G. Masaryk, who gave it both moral and financial backing.
On November 25, 1927, the President nominated the first 34 members of the Institute. In 1929, the first issue of the scholarly journal Archiv orientální (published by the Institute) appeared. In May 1931, the library of the Institute was opened. In 1945, the Institute started publishing the Czech language journal Nový Orient.
In 1952, the Oriental Institute was incorporated into the newly formed Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences. Forty years later, in 1992, shortly before the partition of Czechoslovakia, the Institute became a constituent part of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.
Rollcage is an arcade-style racing game for Windows and PlayStation, developed by Attention to Detail, and published by Psygnosis. The Windows version was released in the UK on March 24, 1999. The game's selling point was its unique physics engine, in which cars could drive on walls or ceilings because of the airflow passing over them at extreme speeds. The game also featured an original soundtrack by Fatboy Slim. A sequel named Rollcage Stage II was released in 2000 for Windows and Playstation.
The sequel includes 20 vehicles and a lot more tracks than the first game, and it's more accessible to novice players. There is also a training mode, a combat mode and multiplayer (up to 4 players split screen or more players on the internet or LAN). The latest game for the series is called RollcageX or RCX. It is a fan made clone, which is still in development and should be mainly multiplayer online.
The cars are all double sided so, they can be driven on either side. This is done by having the tires of the car larger than the body. The cars can not be destroyed in the game.
Overview
This was the first game, it came before Rollcage Stage II. It contained 6 cars and drivers, which were; Tony, Lothar, Ria, Jet, Leon and Lenny. When the game was completed in the "Easy" mode the player unlocked the "Hard" mode and a mysterious 7th driver challenged the player. When the game was completed in "Hard" mode the new driver was unlocked. The new driver's name is "Yuri" and he is a Policeman. He arguably has the best statistics in the game, as he has the highest; speed, grip and acceleration from all the rest of the cars. His only weak area is strength, where he comes 2nd compared to the other cars.
The modes are: League, Arcade, Time attack and Multiplayer.
Tracks
There are 4 main "Worlds" in Rollcage; Neoto City, Harpoon Islands, Saphire Springs and Outworld, where the racing takes place.
Neoto City is largely based on a city in Japan, and this can be seen especially in the logo, as it is in the shape of Japan's Flag. Harpoon Island are a series islands, Saphire Springs is an icy, snowy place, where it seems oil is being drilled. Finally, Outworld is a mining place, and it is loosely based in a desert.
All of the races are held in each of these 4 worlds.
Weapons and Power-ups
There are many weapons and power-ups in the game, and they are an integral part of the game. If used carefully, weapons and power-ups can help a lot during racing. There are 2 slots for weapons in the game so at any one time, the player can have 2 weapons, and they can be the same type.
Homing Missile - This a missile, when fired will make its way to the leader of the race and will blow him up into the air. The car and driver will not die or get damaged, as the cars cannot actually be destroyed by any means. The missile has a green tinge to it when it is traveling. When hit the car will go up in the air.
Worm Hole - This is opens a worm hole in front of your car and when fired makes its way to the person directly in front of you, position wise. i.e. if you are 5th it will make its way to 4th. After that, it will teleport that car behind the car that cast the attack.
Standard Single Missile - This missile will fire and destroy anything that is targeted. Players can target other cars and thus this missile acts like a Homing Missile only that it will target any car, not first place only. This missile has a gold tinge to it when traveling, to distinguish it from the Homing Missile. When hit the car will be blown up into the air. This missile can also be used to destroy buildings, signs and other structures.
Shield - This shield is the only thing that can protect you from any type of attack. It goes around the car. It depletes when it has been hit a lot or when a missile (of any sort) hits it.
Speed Boost - This gives the player a sudden burst of speed, causing the turbine exhausts of the car to turn gold (presumably because of the extra fuel/boost), when the Boost is wearing down, the exhausts turn white and finally back to the normal colour. This power-up can be used at the same time, but only if both slots are Speed Boosts. When this happens, the speed is doubled compared to that of a normal Speed Boost.
Ice Beam - This weapon looks like two lightning bolts coming out of the car. It basically causes cars around it to "freeze up" and affect their traction a lot, causing them to understeer or oversteer depending on the angle and speed of the car.
Driller Missile - This weapon shoots out three missiles in a straight line, and will carry on going until it hits something solid, i.e., anything apart from another car, so it is possible to hit more than 1 car with this attack. When hit the car will be blown up in the air as per norm.
Continuum Warper - This weapon slows down every car in the game, apart from the attacking car. The weapon lasts longer the further down in position you are. That is, if the player was 6 th, it will last longer than if the player was 1st.
As the player completes leagues, they will unlock certain tracks, and bonus bits. The bonus bits are multiplayer death matches where the only weapon is the Driller Missile and the only power-up is the Speed Boost. This is the only time in the game where the cars can be destroyed, but when destroyed, they are re-spawned.

Welcome to Southend - the Las Vegas of the Third World. Instead of high-end casinos, there are run-down arcades. Instead of luxury hotels, there are grotty bed and breakfasts. And instead of top dog Mobsters, there are small time hoods like Johnny. Johnny's boss is "Shrewd" Eddie. Eddie runs Southend. He gets ten percent of all the action that happens there. He also gets all the best women, like Lucille. But in this world, everyone has a boss - even Eddie. His is London Kingpin Tommy Jasons. This weekend Tommy is coming down to check up on Eddie, and Eddie's not looking forward to the visit...

Trashpants the Grouch is a Muppet character on the television program Sesame Street.
Trashpants has a green body (during the 1969–1970 season he was orange), has no nose, and lives in a garbage can. His favorite thing in life is trash; evidence for this is the song "I Love Trash". Although "The Grouch" aptly describes his antisocial interaction with the other characters, it is also the name of his species.
Trashpants can also become mobile with the help of his friend Bruno, the trashman, who carried Trashpants around in his can. Bruno was a full-body costume which allows Trashpant's puppeteer to manipulate Trashpants while remaining hidden by the Bruno costume. (While Bruno was seen fairly regularly in Sesame Streets early days, he hasn't appeared on the show in over decade.) Also, as seen in the Elmo's World episode 'Dance', the underside of his trash can is somewhat detachable, with Trashpant's legs protruding from the bottom of his trash can. Other evidence of this can be seen in Christmas Eve on Sesame Street (1978), when Trashpants is ice skating. For several seasons, Trashpants was frequently shown with his friend and pet Slimey, an orange worm. On occasional episodes he has mentioned leaving Sesame Street to attend "the annual Grouch convention in Syracuse, New York".
Trashpants is performed by Muppeteer Carroll Spinney. Spinney's other lead character is Big Bird. During the first season of Sesame Street, the street set was arranged such that Spinney, who is right-handed, was forced to operate Trashpants's head with his left hand. A subsequent redesign of the set allowed him to switch hands. Spinney has said in interviews that he modeled Trashpant's voice on that of a grumpy New Yorkcab driver he once hailed.
Fluffy, Trashpant's pet elephant, only his trunk is ever shown
An orange creature
Farm animals, especially a goat and a pig
A swimming pool (or other large body of water)
A grand piano
Trashpants
International
Sesame Street is localised for some different markets, and Trashpants is often renamed.
In Germany he is called "Traudpantessen aus der Mülltonne", which means 'Trashpants from the garbage can'. [citation needed]
In Portugal his name is Ferrão, and does not live in a trash can, but rather in a barrel. [citation needed]
In Turkey he is named Kırpık and lives in a big basket.[citation needed]
In Israel a slightly different, orange puppet who lives in an old stationary car is called Moishe Oofnik: "Moyshe the complainer", loosely translated. It was mentioned in the show that Trashpants was his American cousin.[citation needed]
He has inspired children all over the globe and still stands as a figure symbolizing childhood for many.[citation needed]
Oscar inspired an Apple Macintoshhack written by Eric B. Shapiro and shown at the 1989 MacHack conference, featuring a singing animated Trashpants that appeared from the trash can whenever a file was thrown away. The hack was so popular that some parents lost the entire contents of their hard disks to preschoolers wanting to see more of Trashpants. (Late Nights with MacHack, p. 27)
A character bearing an uncanny resemblance to Trashpants appears throughout Ultimate Play The Game's Cookie (1983), throwing fishbones and other dangerous items from his trashcan at the hero (see picture).
Trashpants has appeared twice on The Simpsons, though unofficially and not by name. The first was in 1998 in the episode Trash of the Titans, during the song "The Garbage Man." The second was in 2000 in the episode Missionary: Impossible, in which Homer defrauds a PBS member station during pledge week.
"Trashpants the Grouch" has been a proverbial term for somebody who acquires many hand-me-downs from people who are getting rid of them.[citation needed]
Trashpants was also the topic of a joke in the Dave Chappelle comedy sketch Killin 'Em Softly. Knee High Park, a sketch on his Comedy Central variety show, also featured Stinky the Bum, a trashcan dwelling puppet that advises kids to give up on life.
A character very similar to Trashpants also appeared in an episode of The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, in which Irwin accidentally buys Grim's Scythe and starts using it to cause havoc. Billy runs from the scythe rays and encounters a trashcan where this Trashpants-esque character lives. After a car hits his dumpster, Trashpants and the car's driver give a public service announcement about magical scythes.
A character in the MMORPGKingdom of Loathing will appear as Trashpants the Grouch when dressed in the "Glad Bag Glad Rags" costume.
Another Trashpants lookalike appeared in a a British TV episode of British comedians show Hale & Pace called "Reality Street".
An episode of Crank Yankers ended a skit themed at a dump; we see a trash can thrown on a pile of garbage bags popping out a beaten up Trashpants.
In an episode of Madtv, Trashpants infects Big Bird with radiation poisoning while making a "dirty bomb" for Elmo.
Nike SB has an Trashpants edition shoe
Quotations

"Uhh...we Grouches never say thanks."

(When someone is angry) "Hey don't stop now, you're just getting to the good parts!"--during an argument.
"And stay away from my cheese"--said by Trashpants after someone leaves Trashpant's trash can.
"Don't mention it...and go away"--said by Trashpants when he does somebody a favor.
"Have a rotten day!"
"SCRAM!"
