Island Aviation Services is an airline based in Malé, in the Maldives. It operates inter-island services. Its main base is Malé International Airport.[1]

History
The airline was established and started operations in 2000. It was set up by the Maldives government after the grounding of Air Maldives. It is wholly owned by the Government of Maldives.[1]
Destinations
Island Aviation Services operates scheduled flights to the following domestic destinations (at January 2005): Gan, Hanimaadhoo, Kaadedhdhoo Island, Kadhdhoo Island and Malé. [2] International flights are being planned to Trivandrum starting from January 2008.
