Victor Joseph Mignogna (Italian Name: Vittorio Giuseppe Mignogna) (born August 27, 1962) in Greensburg, Pennsylvania) is a prolific American voice actor who has done voice work for dozens of anime series, movies, and video games. Mignogna is best known for his dub role of Edward Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist. Vic has also had the honor of receiving an award for his work in anime. The American Anime Awards presented Vic an award for Best Actor in a lead role for his work in Fullmetal Alchemist/Macross.

Mignogna tried out for Bleach, and received the part of Ikkaku.[1][2] He also tried out for the parts of Monkey D. Luffy, the main character of One Piece, and Usopp for the FUNimation dub. Vic has also performed an English version of Byakuya ~True Light~ (Dark) from D.N.Angel, an English version of Hikari E from One Piece, and an English version of Edward from Fullmetal Alchemist.

Mignogna is also one of the most featured voice-over actors on YouTube with over 1,000 videos featuring him or his songs. Mignogna also appeared on Star Search in 1993, singing a song called "Worth Waiting For". In recent news he has just landed roles in Air, Innocent Venus and Le Chevalier D'Eon He is also trying hard to land the role of Tamaki in Ouran High School Host Club
