Your recent edits

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 20:30, 25 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Phun

Please be careful not to edit archived discussions about Articles for deletion as you did to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Algoryx Simulation. The Phun should already have been deleted and, if you have anything more to say on this, you might want to make your points here: User_talk:Travellingcari#Algoryx_Simulation. Thanks. GDallimore (Talk) 09:12, 7 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Indeed, happy to discuss this AfD with you if you have any questions. TravellingCari 02:07, 8 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Linux Talk Page

I am sorry, but I could not see any where on the Linux talk page where the user L1QU1D5N4KE vandalized the page. You put a warning on his page, but as far as I could tell, all he did was put a question asking why Tux was the Linux mascot. What did he do that would be considered Vandalism? Crashedata (talk) 03:34, 26 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, I just noticed that was his only edit. I guess it was vandalizm. Crashedata (talk) 03:53, 28 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I am GA reviewing Debian

just to let you know. miranda 22:32, 28 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I am putting this article on hold for two weeks. Much work needs to be done. miranda 19:30, 19 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I have failed Debian, due to certain issues not being addressed. Next time that you put an article for GAN, please make some significant contribution to the article instead of letting others do the work for you. During the review process, I have not seen you edit the article once or cooperate with me during the review process. miranda 02:12, 4 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

FAC withdrawn

I appreciate that you are acting in good faith, but it is best if featured articles are nominated by people who have worked closely on them. In this way, they can give reasoned replies to reviewers and be familiar enough with the sources to act on suggested improvements. Someone who has not worked on the article can not provide this input, so the nomination may continue until opposition to it becomes so overwhelming that the article is failed; this takes away time from reviewers. While the Ubuntu article is of reasonable quality, it is not yet of featured quality, and principal contributors must be consulted before a nomination, as required in the featured article candidate instructions. You might consider first working the article up through peer review and good article candidacy to prepare for its nomination. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 22:27, 1 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Madagascar

May I ask why you chose to undo this edit ? --TheDJ (talkcontribs) 21:57, 3 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, would you mind taking another look at your comment here? I don't understand why the fact that it avoids G11 means it should be kept at AfD - perhaps you could clarify? Thanks. ~ mazca t|c 17:45, 8 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

My Rfa

Fixman, thank you very much for participating in my Rfa, which was successful with 80 Support, 5 Oppose, 6 Neutral. The comments were overwhelming, and hopefully I can live up to the expectation of the community.

I would also like to thank my nominator Realist2 and my co-nom Orane (talk), and special mention to Acalamari and Lenticel (talk) for the kindness from the start. Regards, Efe

The Zhe frog

I disagree. In the first section, three of us discuss the appropriateness of the frog image, and no one ends up suggesting removing it. In the second, seven of us (and an anon) discuss it—Twilight Realm says he's undecided, and three including Guugolpl0x, plus the anon, express favour for it, while no one suggests removing it (why would you think G didn't mean it when he said he's glad to se it back?). If you look at the article's history, you'll see that it's been restored by several editors. I don't see any evidence of consensus to change the article. Michael Z. 2008-11-24 00:20 z

Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading Image:283px-Coat of arms of San Marino.png. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 16:41, 5 December 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stifle (talk) 16:41, 5 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
