It has social networking site, Oie, which connects the associates within the company, learning, certifications, availability in onsite & offshore locations, a separate space for all the vertical and horizontal units are readily available for its associates. It even has forums for technical discussions, blog engine which can host the service for the blogging community with MahindraSatyam.
