The discography of Beyoncé Knowles, an American R&B singer, consists of three studio albums, three live albums, two EPs, twenty singles as a lead artist, a number of collaborations with other artists and four video albums.

In June 2003, during the hiatus of Destiny's Child, Knowles released her debut solo album, Dangerously in Love, which became one of the most successful albums of that year, and signaled her viability as a solo artist. The album was a commercial and critical success, spawning the worldwide hits "Crazy in Love", "Baby Boy", "Me, Myself & I" and "Naughty Girl"; it earned Knowles five Grammy Awards in 2004.

The disbanding of Destiny's Child in 2005 facilitated her continued success, with the release of her third US #1 single and worldwide hit, "Check on It" from her sophomore solo album, B'Day (2006). B'Day became her second solo number-one album and produced the hits "Deja Vu", "Irreplaceable" and "Beautiful Liar". It earned her the Grammy Award for Best Contemporary R&B Album in 2007.

Her third solo album, I Am… Sasha Fierce, was released in November 2008. It includes "If I Were a Boy"; her 5th US #1 "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)", her Top 5 hit "Halo" and her 13th top 10 "Sweet Dreams". The album earned Knowles 8 nominations for the 52nd Grammy Awards. Knowles also received an additional two nominations for her work in the film Cadillac Records.[1]

Knowles is currently the only artist in history to have all her studio albums win the Grammy Award for Best Contemporary R&B Album and debut at the number one spot in the Billboard 200 throughout her solo music career.

In February 2010, the RIAA listed her as the top certified artist of the decade.[2][3] Knowles sold over 11 million albums as a solo artist and over 23 million digital songs in the US, according to Billboard.[4]
